Pittendrum House is a Georgian Scottish Laird's house dating back to 1734 but on the foundations of an earlier Medieval castle. The house sits in its own grounds and has far reaching views out to sea at Sandhaven and onwards to the fishing port of Fraserburgh. Pittendrum sleeps 10 to 14 in 5 magnificent bedrooms boasting 2 four poster beds! On the ground floor there is a huge kitchen with large farmhouse table, one of the four poster bedrooms, the family bathroom and an additional shower room, a large utility and boot room. On the next floor there is a double bedroom with additional sofa bed in the north wing and a twin bedroom with 2 additional pull out beds in the south wing. On the next floor there is a formal drawing room and formal dining room. On the final floor there are two further double bedrooms one of which is the second four poster bedroom.

The house is set in its own grounds with a large walled garden and a further paddock to the south of the house.

The house has full gas central heating throughout as well as free Wifi. Parking is to the side of the house and private.

Pittendrum House is in Pittendrum which is part of the village of Sandhaven just a couple of miles from Fraserburgh. Fraserburgh has every amenity and is famous for its world class surfing beach, light house, working fishing harbour and notable golf course. Sandhaven is a fishing village with a small harbour. On a sunny day seals can be seen basking on the rocks close to shore.
